Summary:
Responsible for assisting Residential Managers in oversight of the operations within the facility.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred.
High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years experience in a human services field required.
Licensure:

Experience:
Experience working in and knowledge of group homes, residential treatment, or inpatient programs preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
Must possess interpersonal skills, decision-making ability and flexibility required to relate to a variety of situations.
EQUIPMENT:
Computer, fax, copier, and any other equipment required to perform the functions of the position.
MAJOR DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for overall operation of the facility and program in the absence of the house manager.
2.
Provide direct oversight of Residential Technicians and Specialists or Direct Support Professionals during covered shift, in conjunction with the house manager.
3.
If identified as a job responsibility, provide an on-call rotation for all of the adolescent facilities.
4.
Responsible for keeping house manager apprised of any and all emergencies or critical situations that occur during their shift.
5.
Attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and inservices and individual program planning staffings as needed.
6.
All other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
